Raj Furniture House

Raj Furniture House is located in Bhati Abhoynagar, right near Cantonment Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you are familiar with the area. We’ve been here for quite some time, making and selling furniture for the local houses around here. We work with wood mostly, so the smell of sawdust is always in the air when you walk in. Our shop is a bit of a mix of finished pieces and things we are still working on. We don't have a big polished showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a traditional workshop where you can see how things are made. Sometimes the floor is covered in wood shavings, but we try to sweep up at the end of the day. People from all over Abhoynagar come to us when they need a new bed or a table. We don't have a catalog or anything like that. We just show people what we have on the floor or talk about what they need. Being near Cantonment Road means we get a lot of people passing by. We aren't a big chain store, just a local furniture house trying to make things that people can actually use in their homes. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. That is pretty much all there is to Raj Furniture House. We just keep building things one piece at a time.
