Akriti Consultancy Services

Our small office in Battala is usually pretty busy with people coming and going throughout the day. Akriti Consultancy Services isn't a massive place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by folders and stacks of paper that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at our keyboards. Battala is a lively area, so there’s always noise coming in from the street, which keeps us awake even on slow afternoons. People come to us when they need help with things they don’t want to handle themselves, like complicated forms or sorting out various documents. We try to keep everything organized, though sometimes it feels like a losing battle with all the new files coming in. There’s a small tea shop just outside where we usually get our mid-day fix, and that’s often when we do our best thinking. We don't talk much about goals or strategies in a formal way. Instead, we just sit down and tackle whatever problem is on top of the pile that morning. It can get a bit cramped when we have a few clients in at once, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot long enough that most people in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need a hand with their paperwork. We just keep the doors open and do what needs doing for whoever walks in.
