Shree Tarapeeth Welfare Foundation

Our foundation is based out of Neema Colony in Nalkheda. We operate out of Kailash Chand Sharma’s place, which is a familiar spot for most of the people who live around here. Nalkheda is a small place, so word travels fast. We started the Shree Tarapeeth Welfare Foundation because we saw a lot of our neighbors going through hard times and wanted to help out. We don't have a big office or anything like that. It’s just a home-based thing where we meet and talk. We aren't professionals in the corporate sense. We are just people who have lived in the 465445 area for a long time. We try to help with welfare stuff, like making sure people get their medicine or helping kids with school supplies when we can. It’s not always organized perfectly. Sometimes we forget to write something down or we run out of tea when someone visits. But we mean well and the community knows that. We don't have any big corporate goals or glossy posters on the walls. It’s just a local effort to keep our town doing okay. We spend our evenings sitting out front and talking to whoever comes by. It’s a slow pace of life here in Nalkheda, and our foundation fits right into that rhythm. We’ve got a small notebook where we keep track of things but mostly it’s just in our heads.
