Panchal Clinic

The clinic sits right on Mahipur Road. It has been in the same spot for quite a few years now. If you are driving down the main road, you will see our sign, though the paint is peeling a bit from the sun. It is a small place, nothing too complicated. We mostly handle regular stuff like coughs, fevers, or small injuries. The waiting area is just a few plastic chairs. Sometimes it gets crowded on Monday mornings when everyone seems to get sick at once. We do not have a big team, usually just one doctor and a helper to manage the files. We keep everything in big paper ledgers because the computer is too much trouble to maintain. The floor is easy to sweep, which is good because a lot of dust comes in from Mahipur Road during the dry season. We keep a water cooler in the corner for the patients. It isn't the kind of place you would see in a movie, just a functional room with a desk and an exam table. We know most of the families around here by their first names. Sometimes people just stop by to say hello or ask a quick question without an appointment. We try to keep things moving so no one waits too long in the heat. It is a basic setup, but it works for what people need in this part of town. We just keep things simple and honest.
