Jaidi Clinic

Jaidi Clinic is located in Afzalgarh, which is in the Bijnor district. We are very close to the Jama Masjid, so you can often hear the calls to prayer while we are working. It’s a very central spot in this part of town. The clinic itself is quite modest. We have a small waiting area and a room for the doctor to see people. A lot of the people who come in are our neighbors or folks from the nearby villages who travel into Afzalgarh for their needs. I am usually the one who greets people and tells them how long the wait might be. Some days are very crowded, especially on market days. We don't have any fancy machines or big television screens in the waiting room. It’s just a place to get medical help when you need it. The building is older, but we keep it as tidy as we can. There’s no need for any big promotional talk because everyone knows where the clinic is and what we do. We just try to be helpful and honest with everyone. It’s a quiet life of service, really.
