You can find us on the 2nd floor of City Plaza, right near the KSRTC bus station in Adoor. Being so close to the bus station means there is always noise and people moving around outside. It’s a busy part of town. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough space for a few desks and chairs for people who come in to talk about their travel plans. We spend a lot of time dealing with tickets and tour arrangements. It’s mostly paperwork and phone calls. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of buses. Adoor is a place where a lot of travelers pass through, so it makes sense for us to be here. We don't have any fancy signs inside, just some calendars and a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, files tend to pile up on the corners of the desks. It’s just a regular tourism office doing regular work every day. We open up early because that’s when the first buses start rolling in. It can get tiring by the end of the week, but we show up anyway. We’ve gotten used to the sound of the traffic outside.
