Anu Fancy & Footwear

Our shop is out in Kodumal, right in the Pta district. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we stay busy enough with the local families. We sell shoes for kids and adults, along with some fancy items like bangles, clips, and small toys. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling because we try to have a little bit of everything. Sometimes it is hard to find a specific pair of sandals in the back, but we eventually get it. We have been here for a long time, and we know most of our customers by name. It is a family-run thing. We open up early and stay open until the sun goes down. The kids usually come in after school to look at the colorful trinkets. We do not have a big air conditioner, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day. It is a simple life running a store like this. We spend a lot of time rearranging the boxes to make more space. The footwear side of the business is usually what keeps us the busiest during the wedding season. People need new shoes for the functions, and they come to us. We are not doing anything groundbreaking, just providing what the village needs. It is a humble little spot, and we like it that way. No big city pressure here, just daily tasks and helping neighbors find what they need.
