L M L Diary

Our little dairy is located at 3-6-52 in the A.P. Housing Board Colony here in Aranjyothi Nagar. We’ve been serving the families in this area for a long time. L M L Diary is basically just a small shop where we keep the milk cold and ready for the morning rush. The day starts really early for us, usually way before the sun is up. That’s when the milk cans arrive and we have to get everything sorted. People start coming in around six in the morning, mostly parents getting milk for their kids’ breakfast or older folks who want it for their tea. It’s a busy hour, and we don't have much time for small talk then. Later in the morning, it gets quieter and we can actually have a conversation with the neighbors who stop by. We keep other things too, like curd and sometimes some butter if we have it. The fridge hums all day long, which is a sound I don't even hear anymore. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend most of our time making sure the place is clean. It’s not a big company with a board of directors. It’s just us and our customers. We know who wants the full-cream milk and who prefers the toned one without them even asking. It feels good to be a part of the daily routine for so many people in the colony. We'll be here tomorrow morning too, just like every other day.
