Central Primary School

Central Primary School is out in Garladinne, which is a bit of a distance from the main hub of Anantapur. Being in a place like Garladinne means things move a little slower. Our school is a central point for the local community, and we see kids from all the nearby farms and houses. The building is simple, with plain walls and sturdy benches. We don't have a lot of the extra stuff you see in city schools, but we make do with what we have. The teachers often walk or take a short bus ride to get here. Every morning, we sweep the courtyard and get the classrooms ready. It’s a peaceful spot, away from the heavy traffic of the city. We spend our days teaching the basics like reading, writing, and math. During the breaks, the kids play outside in the dirt and sun. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use big words or fancy titles here. We’re just the people who run the primary school. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or leaky taps, but that’s just part of being in this area. We know the parents and they know us, often stopping by to chat. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We stay focused on the daily work of running a school in a small place like Garladinne. The commute from the main town can be a bit dusty, especially during the dry season, but we’ve all grown used to it. Our classrooms have high ceilings to keep things cool, and the windows are usually left open.
