We operate Jmt out of the 7th Phase Industrial Area in Jamshedpur, specifically at plots C19 and 20. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Jharkhand is a tough place for this kind of work, but we’ve managed to carve out our space here. The air is often thick with the smell of metal and machinery, which is just part of the daily grind for us. Our facility is more about function than form. We have high ceilings, concrete floors, and a lot of heavy equipment that needs constant maintenance. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a nice shirt and expect it to stay clean for long. We spend our days managing production and making sure the shifts run on time. It gets hot in the summer, really hot, but we have some fans going and just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. We just make what we make and send it out to whoever ordered it. Most of our workers live nearby and have been doing this for a long time. It’s a grit-and-grind type of environment. We focus on the practical side of things, like keeping the machines greased and the inventory sorted. It’s hard work, and there are plenty of long shifts, but it’s what we do. We just keep the machines running.
