If you head into Phase One of the Adityapur Industrial Area, you will find Madhu Enterprises at B-27. It’s right there in the Peenya 2nd Stage section, which is always humming with the sound of machinery and trucks. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have a workshop floor and a small corner that serves as our office. There is always dust in the air and the sound of someone welding or cutting something nearby. We handle a lot of different industrial supplies and small-scale manufacturing tasks. The guys on the floor have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly what they are doing. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. Usually, you will find one of us covered in grease or busy checking an inventory list. It is a practical environment where work comes first. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually when we take a short break to stretch our legs. The roads in this part of the industrial estate can be quite rough, especially after it rains, so people usually arrive a bit shaken up. We don't mind the grime and the noise because it means we are getting things done. It is a tough environment but it is where we belong. We’ve built this place up bit by bit over the years.
