Sunny Pharma sits right in the middle of the Main Market at Siddharth House. If you have ever been to Shaz 64/a, you know how crowded it gets around here. There are people shouting and motorcycles zipping by all day long. Inside, it is a bit quieter, but not by much. We have shelves packed all the way to the ceiling with different boxes and bottles. I usually start my day by sweeping the floor and getting the computer started up. It is a bit of an old machine, so it takes its time. Most of the people who work here have been together for a few years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. We just talk over lunch about what needs to get done before the evening rush. Sometimes we run out of specific items, and then it is a scramble to get more sent over from the warehouse. The air gets pretty stuffy in the afternoons, especially when the market is at its busiest. We keep a small radio in the back that mostly plays old songs. It helps pass the time when we are doing inventory. It is just a local business trying to keep up with everything. There is always a lot of dust from the road, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down.
