Bhainsa is a small town in Adilabad, and that is where you will find us. The school is a familiar sight to the people living nearby. We’ve got a mix of different age groups coming through the doors every day. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running smoothly, especially when the weather gets bad and the roads get muddy. The building itself is painted in a simple way and has plenty of windows, though we have to keep them shut sometimes because of the dust from the street. Our day-to-day life is mostly made up of ringing bells, shuffling papers, and trying to keep the kids quiet in the hallways. The teachers have their own little corner where they drink tea and talk about the day's lessons. We don't have any high-tech security systems or fancy uniforms for the staff. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We focus on the curriculum that we’re supposed to follow. Some days are harder than others, especially when we’re preparing for big exams and everyone is a bit stressed. But mostly, it’s just a steady rhythm. We know the parents and they know us. It’s not a corporate institution; it’s just a local school trying to do right by the students who come here. We take things as they come and try to keep a sensible head on our shoulders about the whole thing.
