Santosh Hardwares

Santosh Hardwares is located at 96/85 in Bhimini, right near the post office. It is a small shop in a quiet area, which is exactly how we like it. We mostly sell things that people in the village need for their homes or their farms. You will find things like buckets, ropes, basic tools, and maybe some plumbing supplies if we have them in stock that day. We don't have a big warehouse, so we just keep what we can on the shelves and hope it is what someone is looking for. Being next to the post office is good because people stop by while they are doing their other errands. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors who come in for a handful of nails or a new lock for their gate. It isn't the kind of business that makes a lot of noise. We just open the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for whoever needs something. Sometimes we don't have exactly what a person wants, but we can usually tell them where else to look or see if we can get it in next week. It is a very simple way of doing things. We don't use a lot of technology here. Most of our records are kept in a notebook on the counter. It is just a local shop trying to provide the basics for the people living around Bhimini.
