Our facility is situated in Dasnapur, right near the Imam Ali Building. We deal with the cooling and storage side of things here. It is a large space and the temperature is the most important thing we have to watch. We spend a lot of time checking the gauges and making sure the machinery is humming along properly. It can get quite cold inside the storage areas so we always have our jackets nearby. The trucks come and go at all hours of the day to drop off items or pick them up. It is a bit of a noisy place because of the big cooling units running all the time. We have been at this Dasnapur location for a while and most people around here know where we are. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just the loading docks and the cold rooms. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to jump on the generators quickly to keep things cold. It is a lot of responsibility keeping the items from spoiling. We stay busy with the records and making sure everything is stacked in the right spot. It’s a practical business and we just focus on the daily tasks. The floor is concrete and we use trolleys to move the heavy crates around. It's a lot of physical work every single day we are open.
