At S. K. Nursery Hybrid Seeds Pvt. Ltd., we are based in Nazrulnagar, which is part of the Easgaon Camp area in Sirpur Kagaznagar. It is a bit of a journey to get out here, but this is where the work happens. We deal with seeds all day long, which means a lot of sorting, bagging, and labeling. The warehouse can get quite dusty, and we have to be careful with the storage so everything stays in good condition. We have a small group of people working here in Telangana, and most of us live pretty close by. The days are long, especially during the planting seasons when everyone is looking for seeds at the same time. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning; we just have a few desks tucked away in the corner of the building. It is practical and it keeps our costs down. We talk a lot about the rain and the soil because that is what matters most in our line of work. Sometimes the shipments are delayed because of the roads, and we just have to explain that to whoever is waiting. We do not do any big advertising or anything like that. People mostly know us because we have been in the area for a while. We just try to provide what we have and keep the records straight.
