Roshini Auto Bulb Manufacturing Company

The Roshini Auto Bulb Manufacturing Company is tucked away in Shed No. 4. We are out in Dharmaram village, which is part of the Rebbena mandal. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it's where we have the space to work. We make bulbs for cars and bikes. It’s very precise work because the filaments are so tiny. Sometimes my eyes get tired after a long shift under the lights. The shed isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have our assembly benches set up. We are a small team from the local area. Most of the folks working here walk or ride their cycles from nearby houses in Dharmaram. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the bulbs we pack into boxes actually work. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the village, and we have to wait around or use the generator to keep the machines going. That's just how it is in this district. We’ve been in Shed No. 4 for a while now and everyone knows us. It’s dusty work and there’s always the smell of hot glass and metal in the air. We take pride in staying busy and keeping the production line moving. It’s a simple life making auto parts in a quiet village.
