Surya Developers

At Surya Developers, we work out of our office on Ganga Reddy Road. It’s at 45-78. We are a small group of people who focus on building small residential projects and developing layouts in this area. We aren't those big developers you see on TV with huge billboards. We do things on a much smaller scale. Most of our projects are close by, so we can go and check on the work every single day. I personally look at the materials and talk to the workers. It’s a hands-on job. We don't have a marketing department; we just show people what we have built before. If you walk into our office, you’ll see maps on the wall and maybe some cement dust on the floor. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We deal with the local authorities for the permissions, which takes a lot of patience. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or labor issues, and we are honest about that with our clients. We want people to have a decent home without paying for extra fancy stuff they don't need. We've been in this street for a while now and most people around here know us by name. It’s a simple way of doing business, focusing on one building at a time and making sure it’s done right. We don't make big claims, we just build houses for regular families.
