You can find us at 6-3/78 in Khan Auto Nagar, which is in Bhainsa. We’ve been here for a bit, focusing on products for biryani. It’s a specific niche, but people around here take their biryani seriously, so we have plenty to do. We handle the ingredients that go into making a good pot, like the rice and the particular spice mixes. The area around Khan Auto Nagar is usually busy with people fixing cars and moving stuff around, so we fit right in with the noise and the activity. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we can store things and keep them clean. We aren't trying to be a famous brand. We just want to make sure the local cooks have what they need. Sometimes we get busy and the floor is covered in rice husks or empty bags, but we clean up before we head home. We don't use any fancy language to talk about our products. It’s just good, basic stuff that we’d use in our own kitchens.
