Our place is right near the Bhutda Building, just off the street at Gandhi Chowk here in Adilabad. It’s Neelam Mansion, a familiar spot for most locals around here. Being in a place like this means we see a lot of people from around the district coming in for advice or just to see what kind of jobs are out there. We aren't a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s just a ground-level sort of setup where we talk to folks one-on-one. Some days it gets dusty with the traffic outside, but we keep the door open anyway to catch a breeze. We help people figure out where they might fit in the workforce. It’s a lot of listening and looking at what they’ve done before. We don't promise anyone the world, we just look at the facts. The office has been here for a bit, and we’ve become part of the local scenery near the chowk. It’s straightforward work. No big corporate meetings or anything. Just us at our desks, talking to people who need a bit of direction with their careers. We have some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for a short chat. We know the local market pretty well, so we just tell it like it is. It's not a complicated business model. We just provide a bit of guidance when people feel stuck with their work lives. It is usually quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan running.
