Our office is over in Mancherial, near the RTC Quarters at Mathrusri Nilayam. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living in this part of Andhra Pradesh. The place is associated with K. Rajamallu, who is well-known around here. We’re tucked away in a residential area, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We handle things for the construction company from here. It’s a lot of planning, dealing with labor schedules, and keeping track of supplies. We aren't a big flashy firm with a lot of marketing. We just do the work that’s assigned to us. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of stacks of paper on the desks. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Being near the RTC quarters means there's always some activity nearby. We don’t have any grand mission statements or fancy slogans. We just want to make sure the projects we are involved in get finished without too many headaches. Most of the people here have been in construction for a long time, so we’ve seen plenty of ups and downs. We just keep our heads down and do what we’re supposed to do. It’s not always easy, but it’s the work we know how to do. We like the local feel of the office and being part of the community here. The neighbors are nice and we don't cause too much of a stir.
