Gunnamma Goods Transport

We operate out of Pipri village, right at house 3-58 in the Bhazarthnoor area. It’s a quiet village, but things get busy when the trucks are coming in or heading out. We handle a lot of different goods that need to move from one place to another. Most of the time is spent coordinating drivers or checking on the vehicles. The roads around here can be a bit rough, so we have to keep an eye on the tyres and the engines constantly. It’s not a polished business with a lot of computers; we mostly use notebooks to keep track of where everything is supposed to go. Sometimes the weather in Bhazarthnoor makes the schedules a bit tricky, especially if the rain is heavy and the trucks get slowed down. We sit out by the front of the house and wait for the loads to arrive. There’s a lot of waiting involved in transport, actually. You spend time on the phone, talking to people about where their stuff is or when it will reach. We’ve lived in Pipri for a long time, so everyone knows where to find us if they have something that needs moving. It’s just about getting the goods from point A to point B without too much fuss. It keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the work is tiring but seeing the trucks loaded up makes it feel like we did something.
