First Steps School Ichoda

First Steps School Ichoda is right on the Ichoda Main Road in Vidhya Nagar. Because it’s on the main road, there’s a lot of dust and the sound of trucks passing by all day long. It’s not the quietest spot, but it’s where we are. The school is a simple setup. We have a few rooms for the younger kids and a small area where they can run around. The gate is painted a bright color, but it’s starting to peel a bit from the sun. Inside, the rooms are filled with small chairs and tables. We spend a lot of our time just keeping things tidy because the road dust gets into everything. It’s a very straightforward place. There aren’t any big slogans on the walls or polished marble floors. We have a few cupboards for toys and books, and that’s about it. The teachers are usually busy trying to keep the little ones from making too much of a mess. It’s just a local school for the families around Vidhya Nagar. People know us by the sound of the children playing during their break. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything fancy. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the kids to arrive. It’s a lot of work, but it’s just what we do every day here in Ichoda. It’s messy, loud, and busy, but it’s our school.
