If you go to Pedda Bella in the Kaddam area, you can find us at house 5-34/1. We’ve been running this transport thing for a while now. It’s mostly about moving stuff for people around the district. We have a few vehicles that we keep parked up when they aren't on the road. The office is just a part of the house where we keep all the records and papers. Every morning involves checking the routes and seeing what needs to be picked up. Kaddam is a nice place, but the work keeps us moving quite a bit. We don't really do anything fancy; we just load up the goods and make sure they get where they need to be. Sometimes it’s bags of grain, other times it’s building materials or household items. You get to know the roads pretty well after a few years of this. There’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky radiator or a broken light. We do a lot of that work ourselves right here at the house. It’s a family kind of setup, so someone is almost always around if a driver needs something or a neighbor stops by to ask about a delivery. The days can be long, but we are used to the rhythm of the trucks coming and going at all hours. It is just steady work that needs to be done every day to keep things moving.
