The bazar is always full of life, with people buying their daily goods and vendors calling out their prices. Our office is a humble space where we keep a few ledgers and a couple of chairs for guests. We deal with land and houses around the Luxettipet area. It’s a small town, so everyone knows everyone, and that is how we like it. Word of mouth is our biggest thing. Someone’s uncle wants to sell a field, or a young family needs a small house, and they usually find their way to us. We don't have any corporate training. Everything we know about real estate comes from years of living here and talking to the local elders. We try to be fair and just tell people how things are. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the market crowd go by. Other days, we are out on a motorbike checking out a site near the river.
