We are based out of the Riico Growth Center in Phase-1. Our plots for Irrh Specialty Chemicals India Limited are F-295 to 297. It’s a massive area and sometimes it feels like we’re in the middle of nowhere, but there are plenty of other businesses around. This is where we handle a lot of the more specific chemical products that industries need. The facility is mostly warehouse space and some lab area where we check the batches. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the gates and the main building. The dust from the industrial zone gets everywhere, no matter how much we clean. We have a schedule for everything, but things rarely go exactly to plan. A machine might act up or a shipment gets stuck at the state border. We just deal with it as it comes. The staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We don't have fancy meetings in glass rooms; usually, we just stand around a table in the warehouse and figure things out. It’s a practical way to work. The sun can be really harsh out here in the growth center, so we try to get the heavy loading done early in the morning. It’s a long day, but we’ve built something solid here over the years and we know our way around the sector. We just keep the production moving as best as we can.
