We operate under the name Vishnumaya Promoters Private Limited. You can find us at C/O Bhimandas Mulchandanichak Chandul Nangi, over in the Batanagar area. This part of the region has a lot of industrial history, and we are right in the middle of that landscape. Our office isn't a standalone building but is tucked away in a spot that locals know well. We act as promoters for various projects, which means we spend a lot of time talking to different people and trying to get things off the ground. It is not always smooth sailing; there are often delays or issues with materials that we have to sort out. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few chairs for visitors and a large table where we spread out all our documents. The air around Batanagar has that specific smell of the river and the nearby factories. We have been working here for quite some time, and the people in Nangi know our faces. We do not use any marketing tricks to get our work done. It is mostly about building relationships and being present at the sites when we are needed. Our day usually ends quite late after we have checked on everything. It is just a group of us putting in the effort to make sure these promotions move forward properly.
