Usthi Ashar Alo Nidhi Limited

Usthi Ashar Alo Nidhi Limited is located in the village of Baneswarpur. We are based at Rajab Ali Molla’s place, which is quite close to the Usthi police station area. It’s a rural setting, so things move a bit slower here than they do in the bigger towns. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our registers and a few chairs for visitors. We mostly help the local villagers who want to save a little bit of money from their daily or weekly earnings. There are no fancy computers or high-tech systems running here. We do almost everything by hand, writing in big books and giving out manual receipts. Rajab Ali is a well-known figure in Baneswarpur, so people trust coming to his house to handle their business. We often spend time just chatting with the folks who come in before we get down to the numbers. It’s a very neighborly way of working. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just open the windows and keep going with our pens and paper. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. Most people find out about us just by talking to their neighbors at the local market. We are just a small part of the village life here in Usthi, trying to be useful to the people we see every day.
