Sonarpur Township Llp

We've been at 31 Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani for a while now. Most days it’s just us figuring out the next steps for the Sonarpur project. It gets busy here in Kolkata, especially with the traffic outside the door. We aren't a huge office, just a handful of people trying to get these township plans moving. Dealing with paperwork and land stuff takes forever, honestly. Sometimes it feels like we spend half the day just on the phone or looking at maps of the area. We started Sonarpur Township Llp because there seemed to be a need for it in that part of the city. People need places to live that actually make sense. It’s not always easy, and we have our fair share of long afternoons where things don't go exactly as planned. We try to keep it simple. If someone walks in, they’ll probably see blueprints spread across the desks and a couple of half-empty tea cups. That's just how it is here. We aren't trying to be fancy or act like we know everything. We just know this part of Kolkata and what we’re trying to build. The office is easy enough to find if you're in the neighborhood. We mostly stay focused on the day-to-day tasks, making sure the foundations are right and the legal side of things is handled properly. It’s just work, really. Most of us have lived in the city our whole lives.
