Shivkumari Realtors Private Limited is based in Chak Chandul Nangi, over in the Batanagar area. This place has a lot of history, mostly because of the big factory that everyone around here knows. We have been operating from this spot for a while, focusing on the real estate needs of the local community. It is not a very large operation. We just have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking to buy or sell a house or a piece of land nearby.
