We are based over at 18 Raja S.C. Mullick Road. It’s a decent spot in Kolkata. Sandcastle Properties LLP isn't some big corporation. We are just a few people working on local property matters in West Bengal. The street gets quite crowded in the afternoons, especially with all the buses going by. We usually start our day early to beat the heat. Dealing with real estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the legal bits, but we just take it one step at a time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and lots of folders. We’ve lived in this city all our lives so we know the area pretty well. That helps when people ask us about different neighborhoods. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s basically just helping people find their way through the property world. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to get things filed. That’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. If you’re around the 700084 area, you’ve probably passed our building a dozen times already without noticing. We like it that way. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. There's always coffee in the pot if someone stops by.
