SADABINDU BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Garia area of Kolkata. Our office is at Mihir Kumar Mitra’s residence in Sahapur, Fortabad. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels much different than the city center. There are trees around and it is generally much quieter. We use a part of the house as our workspace. It is filled with computers and some specialized equipment for our buildtech projects. Mihir is usually the one answering the phone and talking to clients. We focus on the more technical aspects of construction and how to use better materials. It is a small operation, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at a screen, and the next day I’m out at a site checking on the foundation. We like the personal feel of working from a home office. It means we can work late if we need to without worrying about building hours. The 700084 area has grown a lot lately, so there is plenty of work nearby. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know us from the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take longer, we just say so. There is no point in making promises we can't keep. It is a steady way to earn a living and we enjoy it.
