RB & Sons Contracts is a family business. We operate out of C/O Raju Kr Singh at house number 84 in Sikandarpur. It’s under the Sangrampur police station area. My name is Raju, and I run this with my sons and a few others. We turned it into a private limited company a while back to keep things official, but it still feels like the small shop we started as. Our office is part of our home, so it’s a very casual environment. You might hear the family in the background while we’re talking about a contract. We do all sorts of contracting work around this area. We don't have a fancy office in a city building. We prefer being here where we know everyone. Most of our contracts come from people we’ve known for years. We don't do any big advertising. We just try to do the work properly so people will ask us back. It’s hard work, especially during the monsoon or when it’s really hot outside. There’s a lot of physical labor involved and a lot of managing people. We don't have a big corporate vision. We just want to make a living and do a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just take it day by day and try to keep our workers busy.
