Paradigm Shift Business Solution Private Limited is located over at Lp.6/9, 37/1 Adhar Das Road. We’re right in the Budge Budge municipality area in South 24 Parganas. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know Adhar Das Road can be quite busy with people moving back and forth all day. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular structure along the road. We have a few rooms on the floor where we set up our equipment and desks. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but we’re used to it by now. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them and a clock on the wall that’s always five minutes fast. We don't really mind. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. Most of us are from nearby areas, so the commute isn't too bad for the team. We usually eat lunch together at the small table in the corner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just provide what we can from this little spot in Budge Budge. It gets the job done. Dealing with the humidity is probably the hardest part of working here, but we have a couple of fans that help keep things moving.
