Nawnirman Micro Services Federation

We are located in Beniadanga, Hariharpur, which is in the Baruipur area. Nawnirman Micro Services Federation is run from a simple space that we share with Amit Kumar Jha. It’s not a fancy bank or a corporate office. We just have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit on while we talk. Our work is mostly about helping people who are trying to start something small but don't have the funds to do it. We deal with micro services, which really just means we help with the small stuff that the big banks don't care about. Most of our days are spent out in the villages, meeting people where they live. We don't wear suits or carry expensive laptops. We just have our notebooks and a lot of patience. It’s a slow process, and there is a lot of paperwork that we have to handle in our little office in Mallickpur. Sometimes it feels like we are barely making a dent, but then we see someone finally get their small business off the ground. We don't have any grand slogans. We are just a few people trying to make the financial side of life a bit easier for our neighbors. It’s often messy and we work long hours, but it feels like the right thing to be doing. We’re just part of the community, trying to be helpful in a practical way.
