Maproma Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located at M-189 in the Baishnabghata Patuli area of Kolkata. It’s a well-known residential and commercial pocket, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a while. The office is pretty basic, just a place where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of staff. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here. We spend our time managing orders and dealing with the paperwork that comes with the medicine business. Patuli is a good place to be, as it’s fairly well-connected, which helps with our logistics. The office can get a bit cluttered with files and samples, but we know where everything is. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big presentations. We just focus on the daily grind of the industry. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get the filing done. We’ve had to learn a lot about the pharma trade as we went along. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. We don't have a long history or a complex story. We just needed a space to work from, and M-189 fit the bill perfectly for what we had in mind. We show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever needs doing. It’s just a normal office in a normal neighborhood. We try to be reliable and just do our job without any unnecessary drama. It works for us.
