We are Luxurious Garment Private Limited and we work out of the basement at Uma Appartment. It’s right there in Rabindra Market, number 228. We’ve been in Garia for a bit now. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler but sometimes finding us is a little tricky if you aren't looking for the sign. We handle various garment things here in South Parganas. Most days are just busy with orders and people coming in and out of the market. Kolkata is a big place but Garia has its own pace. We started this because we knew about clothes and how things are made around here. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. Just a regular workspace with desks and stock. Sometimes the light isn't great but we get the work done. People know us by the address mostly. We don't really do much advertising. If you're walking around Rabindra Market you might see our door. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and local. West Bengal has so many textile spots and we are just one of them trying to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time checking the stitch work and making sure boxes are ready to go out. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. Nothing too complicated or corporate. Just a bunch of us working in the basement area.
