Our little spot is located in Shree Pur Majher Para, over in the Banhoohly area of Kolkata. Being in the 700103 zip code area means we are part of a very specific community. Joufi Snacks And Beverage Private has been operating from this location for some time now. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps it a little quieter than the center of the city. We focus on snacks and drinks, which keeps us pretty busy when the weather gets really hot, which is often here in West Bengal. The building we are in is nothing special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can do our work. We have a small team, and most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We start early to beat the worst of the afternoon heat. There’s a lot of manual work involved, moving crates and checking the machines. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day.
