Jivana Construction Private Limited is based in the Panapukur area of Kashipur. It is part of Bhangar in South Twenty Four Parganas. We do construction work here and have been for a good while. Most of our projects are local to this region because that is where we have our contacts and know the soil. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the work done right without too much fuss. The office is a busy place, usually filled with the sound of people talking about materials or looking at site photos on their phones. We deal with sand, cement, bricks, and all the logistics of getting them to where they need to be on time. The local weather can be a real challenge, especially during the monsoon when everything turns to mud, but we manage to keep going. We know the people around here and the way things work in this part of the state. It is a lot of physical work and being out in the sun for hours. We do not have a fancy website or any glossy brochures to show off. We just rely on the actual work we do. People see our projects and that is usually enough to get the next job. We stay in our lane and focus on what we know. The office is right there in the village area, easy enough to find if you are looking for it.
