Down on the ground floor of BI Block, you can find Gladico Realty Private Limited. We are located at BI- 85/87 in the Santoshpur Govt Colony area of Maheshtala. It’s a decent spot, easy to get to without having to climb any stairs. The colony has its own rhythm, and being right there on the ground floor means we see a lot of the local life passing by. We deal with real estate stuff, helping people find what they need in this part of town. Maheshtala is changing quite a bit, but our corner of Santoshpur still feels pretty grounded. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical place to sit down and discuss property details. We don't go in for big signs or flashy lights. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us through word of mouth. We keep things pretty simple. If someone needs to know about a plot or a flat, we tell them what we know. There’s no point in overcomplicating things. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few neighbors stop by at once, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so we’ve seen the seasons change in the BI Block. It’s just regular people helping other regular people with their housing needs. Nothing more, nothing less than that. We are usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just handling the paperwork and answering the phone.
