Panapukur is where we are based. It is a busy enough place in the Kashipur area. We run Eliana Properties Private Limited from here, and mostly we just deal with property matters around Bhangar and the rest of South Twenty Four Parganas. People come by our office when they need things sorted out with their land or buildings. It is not a huge setup with lots of staff. The office is right here in the neighborhood. We spend most of our days looking at various sites or talking to folks about their property needs. It gets quite dusty sometimes with all the work happening around Bhangar, but that is just how things are in this business. We have been at this for a while now. Sometimes things move a bit slow and other times they go fast. We try to keep all our paperwork in order so there are no issues later on. If you are looking for us, we are easy to find. Just ask anyone for the Panapukur area. It is mostly local people we deal with on a daily basis. The area is changing quite a bit lately with more houses and shops popping up. We try to keep track of all those changes. It is a lot of walking and talking to people. Nothing fancy about it. Just a regular business doing its thing in the community. We know the roads here very well and we do not use those glossy brochures. Just real work.
