Dtc Southern Heights Association

We are located over at Joka, specifically within the Southern Heights project. You can find us near the Vivekananda Mission School, which is a big landmark around here. The association is based out of the Dtc Projects Pvt Ltd area on D H Road in the 24-Pgs / South district. Basically, we are a group of residents and staff who look after things in this community. It’s a large residential complex, so there is always something going on, whether it's a maintenance issue or organizing a small event for the neighbors. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters. Our office is just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day business of the association. It’s often busy with people coming in to pay dues or report something that needs fixing. We try to keep things running smoothly, but like any big group of people living together, there are always challenges. We aren't professional property managers from a big firm; we are just people who live and work here. The atmosphere is pretty casual, and you’ll often see us walking around the grounds checking on things. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like Southern Heights going, and we do our best with what we have. We don't use big words or corporate slogans, we just try to be helpful to everyone who lives here and make sure the common areas stay in decent shape.
