Dhar Abasan Private Limited

Dhar Abasan Private Limited is located at Pramila House on Kulpi Road. We are in Ward 17 of Baruipur, down in South 24 Parganas. The office is easy to find if you know the area well. We spend a lot of our time dealing with housing projects. It is a bit of a trek from the main city center but Baruipur is growing fast these days. We see a lot of change happening right outside our door. Most of our mornings start with a quick meeting about the current building sites. We have a small crew and everyone handles a bit of everything. It gets dusty sometimes with all the construction nearby, but that is just part of the job. We do not have a big corporate setup. It is just a practical office where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just wait it out or work by the windows. We deal with a lot of local paperwork and permits, which can be a real headache. But we have been doing this long enough to know the routine. Our focus is really just on getting the houses built properly. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does the work it says it will. The neighborhood knows us and we know the neighborhood. It is a straightforward way to earn a living without any unnecessary fuss.
