We are Defson Developers LLP, and we’ve set up shop right by the Vivekananda Mission School in Joka. The address is Dag no. 709 on D.H. Road, which is a pretty well-known spot if you live around 24 Parganas South. We didn't want a fancy office in the middle of the city; we wanted to be where the actual work is happening. The atmosphere here is always a bit chaotic with the school traffic and the trucks, but we’ve made it our home. Our days are filled with phone calls, checking on supplies, and making sure the sites are actually moving forward. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes a lot of frustration when things don’t go as planned. But that’s the nature of development, isn't it? We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so the neighbors don't complain. We’ve been in this trade for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change a lot. The roads are busier and there are more buildings every year. We’re just one small part of that growth. We don't try to sound like we know everything. We just know how to handle the projects we take on. If you come by the office, don't expect anything polished. It’s just a place where work happens. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts.
