Our little office for Capiteus Developers LLP is located over in Joka, right near that Vivekananda Mission School. Most people know the area because of D.H. Road and the constant flow of people. We operate out of Dag no. 709, which is basically where we handle all the boring administrative stuff and the planning for our projects. It’s a 24PGS South business through and through. We aren't trying to be some giant company that doesn't know its own staff. We’re small, and we like it that way because it means we actually know what’s happening at every site. Developing land is a lot of waiting around for permits and then a lot of rushing when they finally arrive. It can be stressful, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. You’ll probably see us around the neighborhood, maybe grabbing a snack at a local stall. We don't use big words or try to impress people with things we don't have. We just focus on the plots and the buildings. The rain in this part of the country can really mess up a schedule, so we spend a lot of time looking at the clouds. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy. If you ever walk by Dag no. 709, you might see us arguing over a blueprint or just sitting there in the heat. It’s not fancy, but it’s us.
