Blue Planet Aquaculture Llp

Our aquaculture business is located in Dingelpota, Purba Para. We’re at Holding No 7223, right next to St. Thomas Marthoma School. It’s in the Bonhooghly Gram Panchayat area of Sonarpur, down in South 24 Parganas. Being in aquaculture means we’re often working with water and fish, so things can get a bit muddy and wet at times. It’s definitely not a clean office job. We spend a lot of time outside or near the tanks and ponds. The location is 700151 if you’re looking at a map of West Bengal. We’ve been here for a while now, just managing the growth and the health of what we’re raising. It’s a lot of watching the weather and checking the water quality every day. Sometimes it’s stressful when things don’t go exactly right with the environment, but that’s just part of the trade. We aren't some giant industrial farm, just a local setup here in Sonarpur. The school next door is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements. We just look after the fish and try to keep the business running. It’s quiet out here mostly, which is good for the kind of work we do. We just take it day by day and hope for a good season. It’s a simple life out here in South 24 Parganas, and we like the work we do even when it is hard.
