AVENEW ESTATES LLP

Avenew Estates LLP is situated near the Vivekananda Mission School, right off D.H. Road in Joka. If you know the school, we are pretty easy to find. We are specifically at Dag number 709 in the South 24 Parganas area. It is a busy part of town, especially when school lets out, but we like being where the action is. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people. We do a lot of work with local land and houses around Joka. Real estate here moves at its own pace, and we just try to keep up with it. It’s mostly just us doing the daily tasks, answering emails, and going out to inspect sites. We don't have a marketing department or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about a property, we just tell them what we know. Sometimes the paperwork for these plots can be a bit of a mess, so we spend a lot of time sorting that out. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning till evening. We’ve been in this area for a while now, so we have seen how much it has built up. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a listing. We keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going.
