Alextoby Realty Llp is based out of Sonarpur. We are right on N.S.C Bose Road, near Malancha Bazar. It’s a lively area in South 24 Parganas. Being located here means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The office isn’t anything special, just a room where we handle real estate business. We mostly deal with local property around this part of the city. Sonarpur is growing fast, so there is always someone asking about land or a new house. We try to keep things honest and just tell people what we know. It's a lot of walking around and checking on different plots. Malancha Bazar is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We’ve been working under the name Alextoby Realty Llp for a while now. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days we are running around until dark. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and showing people around. The road outside is always busy with rickshaws and cars. It gets dusty, but that’s normal for this side of town. We just focus on the property work and try to help the locals who come in. It’s a straightforward business we’ve got going here on Bose Road. We keep the paperwork in some old folders on the shelf.
