We do a mix of things, mostly helping people with skills and giving them advice on where to go next with their careers. The atmosphere in the office is pretty casual. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really big reason to do so. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We have a table where we all sit and talk about what needs to be done for the week. Being in Sector-II is great because it’s not as crazy as Sector-V but still has everything you need close by. We get a lot of young people coming in looking for guidance. We just sit them down and have a real talk about what they want to do with their lives. There is no script or fancy presentation. We just use what we know to help them out. The office stays busy from morning till evening, and we usually have some biscuits and hot tea around for whoever walks in.
