Yada Peace Foundation

You can find us at Diamond City North, specifically in Block 25, Flat D on the third floor. Being located on Jessore Road means there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses passing by below. We have been in this spot for a while, and it has become a second home to us. It is a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office at all. Usually, you will find one or two of us sitting at the dining table working on our projects. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to open the door for you. We just answer it ourselves when someone knocks. The foundation is a small group of us trying to do some good in the area. We aren't professionals in suits. We are just people who wanted to help out. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we end up waiting around and chatting with the other residents. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or just talking to people who drop by. It is a quiet way to work, even with the city noise outside. We don't have big goals of changing everything at once. We just look at what is right in front of us and try to make it a little better. It is simple, practical work that keeps us occupied every day.
